Tim turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. My FIL passed away and we live out of state, he was able to meet a neighbor at the house, make an offer and close without us even needing to come into town to meet him. His team took care of everything and my husband and I couldn’t have been happier with an otherwise stressful situation.
